Meet Lyndi Klein 

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and my goal is to help you improve your health using food as medicine. 


I believe God made our bodies to heal and that He has given us the gifts we need to do so. I use a functional and nutritional approach to help my clients achieve health and wellness. This means that:

  • We work on seeking the root cause of your symptoms. 
  • We help you regain control of your health through the healing power of food, rest, hydration and movement.

Together we will develop a nutritional and lifestyle plan designed to help you meet your personal goals.

She formed a plan just for me with my likes and dislikes, and educated me on not only what to eat, but how to eat it.
